By accessing or using InsightFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

InsightFlow is an AI-powered survey platform that helps Product Managers create research-grade surveys. The service integrates with Google Sheets to store all survey data in your Google Drive, ensuring you maintain complete ownership of your data.

3. Account Requirements

To use InsightFlow, you must:

  • Have a valid Google account
  • Grant InsightFlow permission to access Google Drive and Sheets
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate information during registration

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The content of surveys you create
  • Obtaining proper consent from survey respondents
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • Any use of the service under your account

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use InsightFlow to:

  • Create surveys that violate any laws or regulations
  • Collect sensitive personal data without proper consent
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or spam
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the service

6. AI-Generated Content

InsightFlow uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate survey questions and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all survey data stored in your Google Drive. InsightFlow does not claim any ownership rights over your content. We only access your data to provide the service and never share it with third parties.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

InsightFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by revoking InsightFlow's access to your Google account. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data remains in your Google Drive.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
